MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE
You can file a Pennsylvania mutual consent divorce when you have been separated for less than two years. (You can still live together and yet be separated.) Both parties must agree to the divorce and must sign papers for the divorce to be granted. You or your spouse need to live in Pennsylvania (or have lived in PA within the last six months.) Our fee includes all court costs and a full service PA divorce. This is not a kit. We do all the paperwork. Your divorce will be done by a lawyer. You will be able to consult with your lawyer throughout the process.

STEP SIX: Once we get all the documents signed by you and your spouse, we will then submit all of the documents required by the court in order to finalize your divorce. As soon as we get your divorce decree, we will scan it to our files and mail it to you for your records. If applicable, a name change back to a maiden or previous name can be done for an addition fee. A more detailed explanation of this type of divorce process is available by clicking here.
** Additional fees would only apply if there is a problem with serving your spouse with the complaint, if your spouse does not sign the required documents or if your spouse fights the divorce in any way.
